Bean Curd Nuts Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Bean curd square | 2 | |
| Stock | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 stalk green onion, chopped | ||
| Oyster | 1 Tablespoon, flavored | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nuts | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), roasted | |
Directions
1. Heat wok over high heat. Add oil and garlic and cook for 10 seconds. Add bean curd and stir continuously for 1 1/2 minutes. Add soup stock and simmer for 1 1/2 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except nuts and cornstarch solution. Stir gently for 1 minute. Thicken with cornstarch.
