Bean and Bacon Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 16-ounce cans pork-and-beans in tomato sauce | ||
| Instant minced onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 4 unpeeled orange slices, 1/4-inch thick | ||
| 8 Canadian-bacon slices, 1/4-inch thick | ||
| 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar | ||
Directions
About 45 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine pork-and-beans with onion, chili powder, horseradish, mustard and Worcestershire; turn into 2 1/2-quart shallow casserole.
On top of bean mixture, arrange orange and Canadian-bacon slices; sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
