Beacon Hill Cookies Recipe
How is it that you still haven't tried my recipe for Beacon Hill Cookies. This Beacon Hill Cookies is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as a Dessert often. Surely, Beacon Hill Cookies is a recipe one can try out any time.
Ingredients
1 cup {6 ounces) semisweet chocolate morsels
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Melt the chocolate morsels, stirring, in a double boiler set over hot water; set aside to cool until barely warm.
Beat the egg whites until foamy.
Add the sugar, a tea spoon at a time, and continue beating until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
Add the vinegar and vanilla toward the end.
Fold in the melted chocolate and walnuts; blend lightly but evenly.
Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes.
Cool the cookies on the baking sheet.
