Beachcomber Quiche Recipe
Ingredients

| Cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon or ham | ||
Directions
Grease a 9-inch pie pan; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Beat in cream cheese, cottage cheese and butter until almost smooth.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into egg mixture until thoroughly blended.
Beat in milk until thoroughly blended.
Pour evenly into prepared pie pan.
Sprinkle evenly with Cheddar cheese and bacon or ham.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes in preheated oven until mixture is firm in center.
Cut into 12 to 15 small wedges; serve warm.
