Directions
Keep some sesame seeds whole.
Medium heat the skillet.
Add olive oil to the skillet.
Add onion, ginger, and garlic.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add rice vinegar, soy sauce and water.
Add seasoning mix and brown sugar to the pan.
Stir, bring them to boil.
Set aside the skillet.
Put the mixture in a glass dish and cool at room temperature.
Add pork tenderloin to the dish.
Cover and marinade for 24 hours.
Skewer pork.
Start fire.
BBQ pork until pink color disappears.
Serve.
