| Cider vinegar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped | |
| Hot chili peppers | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (30 gm), minced |
