BBQ Sauce Recipe Video
BBQ sauce is basically a flavoring sauce used for barbecues and is also used as a marinade. BBQ sauce can also be used as a condiment. Its consistency changes from runny to thick. Depending upon the region, the ingredients do undergo changes.
Ingredients
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 c ketchup
1 1/2 tsp tobasco
1 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 c green onions, chopped
1/4 c green peppers,
2 cloves garlic
1/4 oil and vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and sugar to taste
Directions
1. Pour all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix them well and the BBQ sauce is ready.
