Bbq Pork Steaks with Smoky Corn Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato ketchup | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tbsp dark muscovado sugar | ||
| White wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 pork loin steaks, trimmed of any fat | ||
| 4 corn on the cobs | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large pan, boil water for the corn
2. In another saucepan, make the sauce with ketchup, sugar, vinegar and half the paprika
3. On a nonstick frying pan, brown the pork for a couple of minutes on each side; spoon the sauce when halway done and turn the steak in it till pork is cooked through and sticky
4. Add corn to the boiling water and cook for eight minutes or so till tender
5. Add the remaining paprika nd butter in a heatproof bowl and microwave at high for fifteen minutes or more til p[aprika sizzles in the butter
6. Drain the corn completely and brush over the butter

7. Serve the corn, sticky pork and steaks with the salads
