Ingredients

 Hoisin sauce3 Tablespoon
 Catsup2 Tablespoon
 Five spice powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Sesame oil1 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce2 Teaspoon
 Dash of ginger juice dash of garlic juice
 Oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chicken3/4 pound
 3" x 1/2" (7.5 cm x 7.5 cm x 1.5 cm) slices
 Pork tenderloin3/4 pound
 2 stalks green onion, cut into 1" (2.5 cm) strips bamboo skewers

Directions

1. Marinate chicken and pork separately with half of barbecue sauce for 30 minutes. Reserve remaining sauce for basting.
2. Alternate chicken, pork and green onion pieces on bamboo skewers.
3. Preheat oven to broil. Broil skewers for 1 minute on each side. Dip them into the barbecue sauce and coat well. Broil for an additional 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
