Bavarian Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 4 , diced | |
| 6 leeks, sliced thin | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bouillon | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 Ige. potatoes, sliced | ||
| Egg yolks | 2 , beaten | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Chervil | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
Saute bacon in deep saucepan for 5 minutes.
Add leeks and onion; saute for 5 minutes.
Stir in flour.
Add bouillon slowly, stirring constantly.
Add pota- toes; simmer for 1 hour.
Combine egg yolks and cream; stir into potato mixture.
Simmer for 10 min- utes, stirring constantly.
Add parsley and chervil.
