Bavarian Honey Spice Cake Recipe

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Parkay margarine or butter softened
2 3/4-oz. pkg. (1 cup) sliced almonds
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Carrot 'n Spice Cake Mix
3/4 cup cool coffee
1/3 cup honey
3 eggs
Directions
Heat oven to 325 °F.
Using 3 tablespoons margarine, generously grease 12-cup flared tube or 10-inch ibe pan.
Sprinkle and gently press almonds onto greased surface.
In large bowl, blend cake mix, coffee, honey and eggs at low speed until moistened.
Beat 2 minutes at highest speed
Pour batter evenly into prepared pan.
Bake at 325°F. for 50 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan immediately; invert onto serving plate.
Cool completely.
