Bavarian Sauerkraut Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
1 large can sauerkraut
2 medium onions, chopped
Bones from roast
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1 tsp (5 mL) dill seeds
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) water or white wine
Directions
€¢ In a microwave-safe dish, make layers of sauerkraut, onions, garlic and bones, spraying each layer with some of the salt and dill seeds mixed together.
€¢ Pour water on top. Cover. Microwave 30 to 35 minutes at HIGH.
