 Sauerkraut1 Can (10oz), drained
 Caraway seeds1/4 Teaspoon
 1 cooking apple, cored, peeled and grated
 4 loin or rib pork chops (1-1/2 to 2 lbs.)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. In a 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, mix sauerkraut with caraway seeds and apple.
2. Add pork chops.
3. Cover the dish with wax paper.
4. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 4-5 minutes.
5. Turn over the chops and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

SERVING
6. Season with salt and pepper.
