Bavarian Fruit Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
3 oz (85 g) commercial flavored jelly powder of your choice
1 cup (250 ml) boiling water
1 cup (250 ml) milk
1/4 CUP (60 ml) whipped cream
Directions
– Boil the water in a saucepan and dissolve the jelly powder. Cool.
– Add the milk and stir.
– Pour the mixture into four dessert cups and refrigerate until the jelly is thoroughly set.
– Garnish with whipped cream and a choice of fresh fruits, maraschino cherries, chocolate chips or scrapings, or slivered nuts.
