Ingredients

 
1 1/2 tbsp. gelatin
 
1/2 c. sugar
 
1/4 c. cold water
 
1 c. whipping cream
 
1 c. hot liquid

Directions

1. Soak gelatin in cold water.
2. Dissolve soaked gelatin and sugar in hot liquid.
3. Chill until it begins to thicken.
4. Add flavoring, fold in whipped cream.
5. Pour into moulds. Let stand until set.
