1 Ige. Bermuda onion
1 c. beer
Flour
Salt to taste
Directions
Peel and thinly slice onion; separate into rings.
Com- bine beer with enough flour to make a thin batter.
Dip onion rings into batter; drain off excess batter.
Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees until golden brown and crisp; drain on absorbent towels.
Sprinkle with salt.
