3 eggs
 
2-1/2 teaspoons shoyu or soy sauce
 
1-2/3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
 
2 tablespoons sugar
 
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Make batter just before using: Beat eggs, in medium bowl, with rotary beater Add shoyu and 1-1/4 cups water.
Gradually add flour, sugar, and salt, beating until smooth.Makes 2-1/3 cups
