Batter Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Fryer chicken | 3 | |
| Celery salt | To Taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Flour | ||
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1/2 | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Slice the chciken in pieces big enough to serve and cook them for 20 minutes ina bowl of boiling water.
2.Once done, drain the excess water and dry the chicken pieces.
MAKING
3.In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour with baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
4.Put egg, milk and oil in the bowl and stir it well.
5.Add celery salt, salt and pepper on the chicken pieces and roll them on the flour.
6.Dip the pieces in the batter made in the bowl.
7.In a frying pan, heat oil and put the chicken pieces in it.
8.Once done, drain the fat.
SERVING
9.Serve hot in a dish.
