Spicy Batter Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Large broiler : 1 cut into 12 pieces | ||
| Green chillies | 4 | |
| Ginger-garlic paste : 1 tbsp | ||

| Salt | To Taste | |
| Red chilli powder | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worchestershire sauce : 1 tbsp | ||
Directions
1. Marinate chicken in all the ground masalas along with vinegar and Worchestershire sauce for an hour
2. Make a batter with 1 cup flour, 1 cup water, 1 egg, salt to taste and a pinch of soda bicarbonate.
3. Set aside for 15 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a deep karai.
5. Dip chicken pieces in batter and deep fry till crisp.
