Batter Dipped Chicken Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 cup instant pancake mix | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic powder | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| 3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| Hot mustard or sweet and sour sauce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Heat oil in deep fryer to 370°F.
Combine pancake mix and milk in shallow dish.
Season with garlic powder and salt and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in batter, coating well.
Fry in batches until golden, about 1 minute.
Drain on paper towels.
