Easy Turkey Meatballs Recipe Video

| Low-sodium soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
MAKING
3 In a bowl, combine the lean ground turkey with onion, garlic, low sodium soy sauce and black pepper.
4 Mix well to combine the ingredients.
5 Add in the egg and mix using your hands.
6 Using a little mixture at a time, prepare even sized balls.
7 Roll them gently in to the bread crumbs to coat evenly.
8 Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
9 Place the meatballs in the oven and bake until golden brown.
SERVING
10 Serve the meatballs as appetizers or use them to prepare a meatball sub.
11 You can store the meatballs in the freezer for 2 to 3 weeks and use as desired
