1 garlic clove, halved
 
1/2 cup (125 mL) each of lemon juice and vegetable oil
 
2 tsp (10 mL) marjoram or basil
 
1/2 tsp (2 mL) fresh ground pepper
 
2 tsp (10 mL) salt
 
1/3 cup (80 mL) Worcestershire sauce

Directions

€¢ Place the ingredients in a glass jar.
€¢ Close the jar, shake vigorously and refrigerate. The sauce will keep for one month.
€¢ Shake well before using.
