Basting Fish Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb (500 g) frozen fish sticks
Grated rind of half a lemon
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh dill, minced (optional)
Directions
€¢ Place a rack in the botton of a 12 x 8-inch (30 X 20 cm) microwave-safe dish.
€¢ Place the fish sticks on the rack, one next to the other, leaving a slight space between them. Do not cover. Microwave 2 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Give the dish a quarter turn if your microwave oven does not have a turntable. Microwave again 2 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Micro wave 1 minute more at HIGH.
€¢ The fish sticks will be completely thawed and very tasty.
