Bass Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 lbs. bass fillets | ||
| Catsup | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Horseradish | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Bake fillets in baking dish until fish is cooked (20 to 30 minutes).
Flake fish into bowl.
Mix together remaining ingredients, then stir into flaked fish.
Chill well before serving.
