Seasoned flour
Shortening
Directions
Shake chicken in bag with seasoned flour.
Melt shortening in heavy skillet.
Brown chicken on all sides in shortening.
Reduce heat and cook 45 minutes longer or until tender.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve in napkin lined baskets.
