Basket Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Chocolate buns - 14 | ||
| Butter | 4 Ounce | |
| Icing Sugar | 8 Ounce, sifted | |
| Plain chocolate | 2 Ounce, grated | |
| Angelica - cut into thin strips | ||
| A piping bag with a small star pipe attached | ||
| Pink food coloring - small quantity | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Blend butter and icing sugar until creamy.
2.Gradullay add small quantity of pink food coloring and continue blending.
3.On each side of bun, spread the cream amd put stars by piping.
4.Take angelica and bend it such a way that it forms a handle with one side in the bun.
5.Soak angelica in hot water in case to hard.
6.Top the edges with grated chocolate.
SERVING
7.Serve cakes in a plate.
