Ingredients

 Plum tomatoes2 Can (10oz)
 Sun-dried tomatoes - 1 package (3 ounces)
 Basil leaves1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/4 Teaspoon
 Rice wine vinegar1 Tablespoon, seasoned
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat bring together canned tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes to a boil and cook 2 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and allow to cool 5 minutes.
3. In a food processor pulse process tomato mixture, basil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar briefly to blend ingredients.
4. With processor running, gradually add vinegar and oil and process until well blended.

SERVING
5. Serve with Seafood Crepes.
