Basil Lemon Snap Peas Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Sugar snap peas | 1 1/2 Pound, trimmed | |
| 1 cup chopped sweet yellow pepper | ||
| Basil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic, and saute 30 seconds. Add peas and yellow pepper; saute 2 to 3 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender. Add basil and next 4 ingredients; saute 30 seconds. Add lemon juice, and saute 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
