Ingredients

 Carrots6 Medium, thinly sliced
 Water1/8 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk - 3 to 4 tablespoons
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Dried basil1/8 Teaspoon, crushed

Directions

MAKING
1) In a 1-quart casserole add carrots in water.
2) Cook covered on 100% power (high) for 12 to 15 minutes stirring twice.
3) Drain and keep aside.
4) In a blender container or food processor bowl add carrots, milk, salt, and basil.
5) Cover and blend or process till smooth.
6) Transfer mixture in a serving bowl.
7) Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes stirring once.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
