Basic Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
Frying chicken, cut up
Salt, pepper, and seasoned salt
Do not flour
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with seasonings.
Place chicken pieces skin side up on a cookie sheet
Bake for 1 hour at 350° F.
There is no need for butter or oil; the chicken skin contains its own fat.
It is not necessary to turn the pieces during the baking process (This rule applies to all oven-fried chicken recipes).
After an hour in the oven, the chicken will be crisp and brown.
The children love it, and it couldn't be easier, less caloric or more digestible.
