Ingredients

 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
 
1/2 cup cold water
 
1 cup instant nonfat dry milk solids
 
1/4 cup sugar or honey
 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
10 to 12 ice cubes
 
Mint sprigs or strawberries for garnish

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a saucepan; let stand 5 minutes.
Set over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved (about 3 minutes).
Pour gelatin mixture into a food processor or blender container; add remaining ingredients except ice cubes.
Process 10 seconds.
Add ice cubes one at a time until mixture has consistency of heavy whipped cream.
Pour mixture into a serving bowl or individual stemmed glasses.
Refrigerate until set (about 1/2 hour).
Garnish with mint or strawberries.
