Basic Lemon Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Instant lemon pudding mix | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce, softened | |
| 8 inch graham cracker crust | 1 |
Directions
Prepare instant pudding as directed, but blend softened cheese with milk before stirring in pudding.
Pour into pie shell and chill 1 hour.
