Basic Fruit Gelatin Recipe
Ingredients
1 envelope or 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold fruit juice
1 1/2 cups hot fruit juice
pinch of salt
1/4 cup honey (may be omitted if naturally sweet fruit juices are used: fig, prune, pineapple, orange, grape, etc.)
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold juice.
Add hot juice, honey and salt.
Stir until dissolved.
Fresh fruit slices may be added, if desired.
Mold and chill until firm.
Unmold to serve.
