Basic Fritter Batter 2 Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 125 Gram | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Melted butter | 30 Gram | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Warm water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 egg whites, stiffly whisked | ||
Directions
In processor combine the flour, egg yolk, melted butter and the salt.
Process to mix the ingredients together.
Add the warm water and process for 5 seconds.
Allow to cool.
Whisk the egg whites and fold into mixture.
This batter is best fried or deep fried in very hot fat.
