Basic French Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. butter
Directions
Beat eggs with 2 tablespoons water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat butter in omelet pan over medium heat until butter is hot and bubbly.
Add egg mixture, cooking until set around edge.
Pull omelet away from side of pan with fork, rolling pan to allow uncooked egg to seep down underneath.
Fold omelet over when set but not dry.
Place on heated serving platter.
Serve immediately.
