Basic Coffee Butter Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsalted butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 5 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| 1/4 cup Basic Coffee Syrup | ||
Directions
Cream butter in large mixing bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add half the sugar; beat until smooth.
Add egg yolks; blend well.
Mix in remaining confectioners' sugar.
Pour in coffee syrup; beat until well combined and fluffy.
