Basic Chilled Meat Loaf Recipe

| Stock | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Cold) | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ham | 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and cut into pieces (Veal, Chicken, Fish) | |
| Green pepper | 1 , cut | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Milk | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Milk powder | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Nutritional yeast | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Mixed herbs | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
Place remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Add gelatin mixture.
Blend again.
Turn mixture into oiled loaf pan 8 x 4 inches.
Chill until firm.
Turn out on chilled platter.
Garnish with water cress and radish roses.
