Ingredients

 
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
 
2 tsp. nonfat dry milk
 
2 tsp. Butter Buds® Sprinkles or Molly McButter®
 
Gifford's Alternatives: Add:
 
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric

Directions

1. Blend cottage cheese, nonfat dry milk, and Butter Buds® Sprinkles until smooth.
2. Chill.
3. For a variety of spreads, add 1 of the following: 3 tablespoons well-drained crushed pineapple, 1 teaspoon grated orange rind, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, or 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives.
