Basic Brown Stock Recipe
Ingredients
3 carrots
10 french beans
2 onions
2 potatoes
2 large tomatoes, a small piece of cabbage or white pumpkin
Directions
Cut all the vegetables into big pieces.
Add 7 teacups of water and cook in a pressure cooker.
When cooked, pass through a sieve.
