2) Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a heavy saucepan over medium low heat.
3) Stir in 2 tablespoons flour gradually and cook for 1 minute.
4) Slowly add the milk stirring continuously and add the salt and pepper.
5) Cook for another 15 minutes on low heat.
6) When the sauce thickens and becomes creamy remove from the heat.

SERVING
7) You can add cheese and serve as cheese white sauce.
