Basic Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cloves garlic, lightly crushed | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Combine the vegetable and olive oils, the vinegar, garlic, and mustard in a mixing bowl. Whisk well to blend and season with 2 teaspoons of salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
2. Transfer the mixture to a clean glass bottle with a lid. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Shake well before using.
