Basic Vanilla Non Fat Frozen Yogurt Recipe

 1 Egg Beater, beaten
 Light corn syrup2 Tablespoon

 1 1/2 cups plain non-fat vanilla yogurt, stirred

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in milk, beaten Egg Beater, and corn syrup.
Cook, stirring, over low heat until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
Remove from heat; cool.
Stir in vanilla and yogurt.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
