Basic Stir Fried Crabmeat Recipe
I made this Basic Stir Fried Crabmeat to suit my personal taste but I received a lot of compliments from everyone who tasted it. And so, I thought of sharing this scrumptious Basic Stir Fried Crabmeat recipe with a few more people. Try it out and start complimenting!
Ingredients
1 pound lump crabmeat
3 or 4 scallion stalks
2 slices fresh ginger root
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons sherry
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil or lard
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
i. Bone fish and cut against the grain in 1/4-inch slices.
2. Blanch bean sprouts. Cut scallions in l inch sections. Mince ginger root.
