Basic Stir Fried Bean Curd Recipe
To be honest I was skeptical about this Basic Stir Fried Bean Curd dish when I first heard about it. But, this Basic Stir Fried Bean Curd is such a simple recipe yet so awesome. I bet you they are fantastic.
Ingredients
4 cakes bean curd
1 scallion stalk
3 to 4 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Cut each bean curd cake in 6 to 8 pieces or in l inch cubes. Cut scallion stalk in l-inch sections.
