Basic Savory Topping Recipe
Ingredients
| Yogurt | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), strained | |
| Minced parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Maple syrup | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon de-alcoholized white wine (15 ml) (optional) | ||
Directions
Gently stir the yogurt in a small bowl to remove the lumps.
Stir in the parsley stalks, chives, maple syrup and pepper.
It's your choice whether or not to splash with the de-alcoholized wine.
To Serve: Spoon 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the topping over baked potatoes, for example.
