Ingredients

 Yogurt3/4 Cup (16 tbs), strained
 Minced parsley1 Tablespoon
 Chives1 Tablespoon, minced
 Maple syrup1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon de-alcoholized white wine (15 ml) (optional)

Directions

Gently stir the yogurt in a small bowl to remove the lumps.
Stir in the parsley stalks, chives, maple syrup and pepper.
It's your choice whether or not to splash with the de-alcoholized wine.
To Serve: Spoon 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the topping over baked potatoes, for example.
