Ingredients

 
3 tbsp. flour
 
3 large or 4 small eggs
 
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
 
1/4 tsp. salt
 
1 c. milk

Directions

1. Melt fat, add flour and salt.
2. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until sauce is thick.
3. Beat egg yolks and add to sauce mixture. Cool.
4. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in greased baking dish until the mixture will not stick to a finger.
