| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| 1 1/2 pounds lean boneless pork, cut in 3/4-inch cubes | ||
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine butter and onion in 3-quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Add pork.
Sprinkle flour over pork.
Toss to coat well.
Add water, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Reduce setting.
MICROWAVE 30 MINUTES on '6', or until meat is fork tender.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Add pork.
Sprinkle flour over pork.
Toss to coat well.
Add water, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.

MICROWAVE 30 MINUTES on '6', or until meat is fork tender.
