 Beef - 2 pounds, lean ground
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Seasoned salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Bread - 3 slices, soaked in 1/2 cup skim milk
 Onion1 Large, grated
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Worcestershire sauce2 Tablespoon
 Chili Sauce3 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a bowl mix all ingredients well, pat the meat mixture into a loaf shape, place on an oiled, flat baking dish and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
