| Lean beef | 1 Pound, ground | |
| Chili sauce | 3 Tablespoon |

Directions
Mix bouillon with egg, crumbs, onion, sage, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Add beef; mix well.
Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Spread chili sauce over loaf.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
