1/2 cup boiled black beans, drained well
1 tsp. garlic paste
2 tbsps. light soya sauce
2 level tsps. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup peanut oil (1 1/2 tbsps. cornflour, 1/2 cup water) mixed together
1/2 cup extra hot water
2 spring onions thinly sliced
Directions
Mash black beans to a paste.
Mix well with garlic, salt, sugar and soya sauce.
Heat oil, fry mashed black beans mixture for 2 minutes.
Stir well arid add 1/2 cup hot water.
Stir in corn flour mixture.
Stir until sauce boils and thickens.
Add spring onion just before serving.
